Operations Supervisor year end video

Inspired by my fellow coworkers and fueled by my creativity, this video provides a small glimpse into what it means to be an operations supervisor at James Madison university Recreation Center (UREC). Being an operations supervisor requires integrity, intentionality, devotion, and the utmost professionalism. There are few things that I have taken as seriously as my position as an operations supervisor. This role has pushed me to lead by example, exemplify peak student leadership on this campus, and embody UREC’s core values and mission. Being a leader in the midst of a global pandemic was extremely stressful and uncertain, but this video has served as a means for the 21’-22’ op sup team to bond and play off the seriousness and gravity of the operations supervisor position. Through all the hardships and uncertainties we have faced, this project produced joy and strengthened the bond of the graduating op sups. I hope you enjoy my brainchild and appreciate the comic relief it afforded the 21'-22' team.
